Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@purehampers.com. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any item back. We will provide the correct return instructions once your request is approved. We offer free return shipping on eligible returns where applicable.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
